Last week, I got back my food sensitivity results. This week, I got my food plan from my nutritionist. Now, I need to figure out what to buy, and I need your help!
So this post is basically just one question after another because I'm a total newbie to being dairy, soy, peanut, egg, and gluten free (and many more foods as well). And my favorite way to learn is from hearing about other people's life experiences so why not ask all of you?!
I listed my main questions below, and what I really would love to know is what are your favorite products, your favorite brands, and your favorite recipes? Thank you so much for helping me out!
My two options are Cashew Milk or Coconut Milk due to other sensitivities. Which do you like best?
Any other dairy substitutes for cheese, sour cream, etc. I should know about?
And speaking of milk substitutes, how about subs for milk as a beverage? (Milk is my absolute fave so this is going to be rough for me!) What are good brands for no sugar added and preservative free fruit juices?
Peanut butter substitutes
I've only ever had peanut butter. Have you tried cashew butter? Sun butter? Anything else?
What are your favorite brands? Or favorite homemade recipes?
What are your fave gluten free and/or Paleo recipes? It will be great to have some tried and true recipes!

Body care products
This food sensitivity screening tested preservatives and food dyes too. And I came back sensitive to quite a few. My highest was the main one in body care products.
So I need to know: what are your fave all natural body care products (hair, skin, teeth, everything!)?
That's one of the big things I can have. What are your favorite ways to eat avocados? Other recipes?
